FAM 2+2 SEA: Approximate area of 30 sq.m. It is one unit, more spacious than a standard double room and with a seating area. 1-BR APP 2+2: Approximate area 43 sq.m. It consists of two units connected with an arch - a bedroom with double bed and a living room with an extendable sofa bed for 2 persons. The rooms are transitional. Renovated in 2020. There are satellite TV, individual air conditioning, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi internet, mini bar, balcony with park view, bathroom with shower cabin – separated WC, hair dryer. Maximum occupancy for 3 adults and 1 child or 4 adults.
